9. Politics (Cont.)
GOD:
There are so many homeowners who are holding on to their over-mortgaged
and undervalued homes, in hope of recovering their investment in the
future when the prices rebound – wishful thinking, as the banks with
their huge inventory of foreclosed homes will forerun the homeowners
with their under market shadow inventory and erase any sales increase
right out of the real estate market. The sad part and the double-edged
sword fact is that if the banks don’t foreclose on their in-default
homeowners, then their economy will collapse, and if they do foreclose on
the default homeowners, then they have more inventory and homeless
families!(1)
Adding to that problem, nationally, less than 50% of American high
school students are actually graduating – in some areas of the country,
that figure is as low as 18%! That is a bleak future, to say the least,
as education is the key to salvation.
Now, the real question is, whose fault is all of this? The villagers, as
they keep voting the same morally corrupt leaders back in office,
election after election, without holding any of them accountable for
their rotten actions. And because the villagers naively or just by being
complacent tend to fall for headlines and one-liners – with the majority
of them, if not all, a big lie – only to prey on villagers’ weaknesses
or their religious beliefs. Or just outright scaring them from the doomsday that they themselves had painted for them or exploiting them
against each other just to get elected or reelected!
Now, it seems too late! There is no way America can create 15 million
lost jobs or get out from under the trillions of dollars debt or stop
more people from losing their jobs and their homes. Just like
communism and socialism that didn’t work – and won’t ever work – the
phony capitalism won’t work either. Only true capitalism works! By that
I mean with honor, trust, integrity and checks and balances. The honor,
trust, and integrity, something that they all have in them but have lost
the sight of due to the masses’ blind belief in their church, their
elected leaders, and the greed of a few. Along with the checks, and
balances that were sold out by their corrupt leaders to the lobbyists,
special-interest, foreign, and domestic corporations, for small pocket
money.

Sylvia Sanchez says she and her husband had never owned a house before.
The system of loans, fees and interest rates was a bit confusing for
them. “We had a lot of confidence in the bank, because we didn’t exactly
understand how the process worked,” Sylvia said in Spanish, through an
interpreter. “So we put our faith in the bank. (read
