GOD:
Why are you going back, My Son?
Have you forgotten what happened last time?
JESUS:
No, Holy Father, I did not forget, I am here seeking Your permission
and Your blessing as I must go back before it’s too late! They have
gone totally the wrong direction of Your wishes and My teachings.
When the rich man asked Me the way to salvation, I told him exactly what
You have asked them to do:
“If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast,
and give to the
poor,
and thou shalt have treasure in heaven.”
(Matthew 19)
What other instructions do they need, Holy Father? If the people heeded
my lesson to care and educate
the less fortunate to bring them up as a village and a
“government of the people,
by the people, for the people,” they would not be where
they are now!
One’s earthly riches come not from gluttony and/or hoarding, it comes
rather from blessing, love, peace, compassion, care, giving, and eternal
life. As the care and giving of others lifts the spirit of the poor,
sick and less fortunate, and in turn lifts one’s own spirit and comforts
one’s soul.
